However, our team responded promptly to your concerns on the first day after being informed. Regarding the smell in the public restroom during busy hours, we understand how unpleasant that can be. Our cleaning schedule runs every two hours, and it’s possible that your visit occurred just before the next cleaning round. Nevertheless, this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review and improvement.
