Dear Annette, We are very sorry to hear that your vacations was not as you would like them to be, but as we informed you in our conversation at the reception desk, no tour operator has the ability to book a room with sea view in our hotel, as we give it based on availability to people that ask for it for free, so in case you paid extra for sea view, please ask for your money back from the tour operator. From our side,we tried our best to please you and we gave you a free upgrade to a very big and spacious suite for 5 people with 2 bathrooms with also some side sea view but that wasn't enough to please you and unfortunately we didnt have the availability at the period of your stay to do something better to change your mood. We would really like to make your holidays special with us, so please if you want to visit us again, give us a notification so we can prepare our availability beforehand according to your wishes.
