Dimitrios Village Beach Resort

Dear Angela, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on Holidaycheck about Dimitrios Village Beach Resort. We were sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We are known as a hotel with a very friendly atmosphere and our guests really enjoy their holidays with their familys. Sorry if you didn't feel this way. About the swimming pools in our hotel, yes, we have 3 swimming pools. Only in the one swimming pool for half an hour there is water pollo game from our the animation team and that is why you show many adults playing with ball. Apart from that, none of our guests have made a similar complain. About the 6 euros paying to the sunbeds, we only say that is not from our hotel but this money goes to the Municipality of Rethymno. They are at the front of the hotel but they don't belong to the hotel. That is why our guests have to pay 6 euros for 2 sunbeds and 1 unbrella. We also don't agree with your comment about our All Inclusive buffets and that the food is simple. Every single day our kitchen staff prepare a variety of all sorts of different kinds of food, so they can satisfie the different taste from our guests. There is always something for everybody.
