Personnal und a Anlage ok..Essen kalt und schlecht .die Chefs machen das Personal vor den Gästen runter ,Tassen und Besteck war oft nicht sauber..und auf keinen Fall unter das Bett schauen.

Hot dishes are maintained at controlled temperatures, and any issue reported on site is handled immediately. Cleanliness of tableware and rooms: Cleanliness is a priority for us. All dishes, cups and cutlery are washed and disinfected through professional machines, and our housekeeping team follows a strict daily cleaning checklist for each room. If something is not satisfactory, our reception is available 24/7 to resolve it right away. Management behaviour: We firmly deny that our managers would disrespect staff in front of guests. Respect and professionalism are core values in our hotel, and we have never received any verified report supporting such behaviour. We regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, but we believe these remarks do not reflect the usual standards recognized by the vast majority of our guests. Nevertheless, we always remain open to constructive feedback to continue improving.
