Die Architektur & Lage des Hotels ist herausragend - tolle Lobby, tolle Pools & ein atemberaubender Blick. Darauf ruht man sich jedoch leider extrem aus: der Service ist schlecht & langsam, Beschwerden zu Themen werden nicht ernst genommen und teils sogar belächelt.
