Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, direkt am Strand. Das ist aber auch wirklich das einzig Positive, was ich empfunden habe. Es ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig.

  • Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war katastrophal, viel zu wenig Plätze, kaltes Essen, nicht abwechslungsreich, meißtens nur ein oder zwei funktionstüchtige Kaffeemaschinen beim Frühstück. Wir haben die erste Woche kaum was gegessen, in der zweiten hatten wir dann draußen eine Alternative gefunden ( trutz All in )

    Dear Ivonne, Thank you for choosing Victoria Holiday Village for your vacation. Happiness of our tourists is our main priority and we are always thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed your holiday and created unforgettable memories. However, you seem to not have enjoyed your vacation here as much as you expected to. Our hearts ache when we read that our guests were not completely satisfied with our service. The managers of our cleaning department visit each room once in two days. They do basic cleaning, such as mopping the floor, changing towels, bringing toilet paper and emptying the rubbish bin. Any inconvenience beside the basic should be registered at the reception. Please notice that used towels should be left in the bathroom for the cleaning ladies to come and notice them as quick as possible. Towels that are dirty from having been used on the beach are not taken to be cleaned as you can't use our towels on the beach. We are sorry to hear that the food was not to your liking. We create our menus for thousands of people from different cultures and with various food preferences, therefore our cooks try to aim at creating a basic menu for tourists from different backgrounds to enjoy. If you want something more exquisite, A la Carte restaurants are available from 6 to 8.30 pm. We are also sorry that you came early and were not able to fully enjoy the service of the snack bars you were obviously waiting for. Once again, we are sorry that we couldn't fulfill your expectations, but there are no problems that could not be solved, so please, next time, if you have some problems, you can come to the reception and have them sorted out.
