Dear Irish, Thank you for your review and for staying at our hotel. We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with some aspects of your stay. We assure you that we serve food in a chafing dish, which is a heating system that keeps the food warm from the beginning till the end. We apologize if you felt like the food was cold or not fresh, but we always try to provide quality and variety in our menu. We also cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions, and we are always open to suggestions and requests from our guests. We understand that the warm water can be lower when it rains, due to the availability of sun. We use solar panels to heat the water, which is an eco-friendly and sustainable way of using energy. We apologize if you experienced any inconvenience or discomfort due to the water temperature, but we hope that you were able to enjoy our showers. We know that many of our guests visit us for exploring the island and the sea, and we offer various activities and excursions for them. Our beach may be small, but we have a beach, and it is clean and beautiful. We also have a pool and a spa for our guests who want to relax and unwind. We hope that you were able to experience some of the attractions and the beauty of Addu Atoll. We are glad that you liked souvenir shops, which are just a matter of 10 meters outside the hotel. We encourage the community to run such businesses, as we believe in supporting the local economy and culture. We hope that you found some unique and memorable gifts and souvenirs from these shops.
