Sehr enttäuscht, nicht wieder.

Hotel mit gepflegter Anlage und schöner Lage. Allerdings feindselig gegenüber von Stammgästen. Die Rezeptionschefin Anabel ist sehr bemüht Stammgäste wie uns nachhaltig zu vergraulen. Nach diversen Unverschämtheiten dieser Person, werden wir(Gruppe von 25 Personen) dieses Hotel nach Jahren nicht mehr aufsuchen.

  • Lange Warteschlangen an den Bars. Angebot lässt jährlich nach. Das Speiserestaurant im Esencia wird auch schonmal spontan geschlossen.
