Schönes Hotel, Service je nach Bereich von sehr gut Lobbybar bis ausreichend Restaurant. Beim Frühstück wurde einem der Teller quasi noch beim Essen abgeräumt, da der Personal los wollte. Buffet in Ordnung, die Auswahl/Qualität des zu wählenden Abend-Hauptgangs wirklich mit viel Luft nach oben, echtes Industrie/Kantinenessen.

Dear Josef, Thank you for taking the time to bring your feedback to our attention. We are very sorry to read that there were some aspects during your stay with us that caused some level of unhappiness and would like to apologize for any dissatisfaction felt. We do understand that standards in hotels differ from country to country and from continent to continent however we feel that the term “Canteen” is a rather exaggerated term to characterize a 4*+- hotel’s restaurant. We understand that food can be something very subjective and down to an individual’s taste however the resort does not seem to have enough complaints to suggest there is an issue with the food served. On the other hand, if we may add, the vast majority of our clients have rated very positively our cuisine. Indeed, our property has attracted positive feedback in regards to its’ cuisine as well as for the variety of dishes offered and are sorry to note that those did not live up to your expectations. We thank you very much that you brought your observations to our attention, as we are always open to critics and appreciate any feedback provided, which is always reviewed & evaluated at the end of the season so as to improve our product & services offered to our valued guests.
