Euro Village Achilleas Hotel

Dear valued guest, we are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your holidays in our Hotel. We are aware that the rooms of our Hotel are not up to date but they are all kept in good condition and the standard of cleanliness is always high. We are also a bit surprised, because all the comments that we receive for the food that is offered in our Hotel and the performance and politeness of our staff, are positive. Regarding the beach, we would like to inform you that our staff cleans the beach daily from all the garbage but when it’s windy it can get a lot of seaweed, which cannot be removed before the wind stops. As it’s clearly stated in the sites and the brochures of all the T.O.’s that we collaborate with, our beach is partly rocky and partly sandy but the organized part of our beach (with sunbeds and umbrellas) is completely sandy. Once again we are very sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay in our Hotel. Rest assure that our aim is always to please of our guests.
