Dear valued guest, thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with some of the services that our Hotel offers. We would like to let you know that the comments that we have received so far about the variety, the quality and the taste of the food offered in the restaurants of our Hotel, are very positive. All the types of bread and the sweets and the cakes that we serve to our guests, are always fresh made, daily, from the bakery / pastry shop that belongs at the same Group of companies, as our Hotel. Regarding the room, we are aware that it’s not up to date but it’s kept in good condition and as you correctly mentioned, very clean. If you had informed us about your issue with the cupboard, we could have offered you to move in another room, with a bigger one. Please rest assure that your comments will be taken into consideration, in our continuous effort to improve our offered services.
