Dear valued guest, thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your holidays in our hotel. We are aware that the rooms of our Hotel are not up to date and we can assure you that on the top of our plans for the near future, when it will be economically feasible, is a full renovation. We would like to inform you that there is not even one description of our Hotels’ amenities (neither in a brochure nor in a site) of any of the T.O’s that we are co operating with, that states that there are mini bars in our rooms, but only mini fridge. We are also surprised with your comments about our Hotel’s staff and the food offered in our restaurants. All the comments that we receive from our guests about our staff, are highlighting how hard working, polite and helpful is. In our restaurants, we offer a large variety of dishes from the Greek and the international cuisine, many fresh salads and vegetables, fruits and desserts. Of course some typical Greek food (Greek salad, tzatziki, cheese salad, olives etc) are offered on daily basis but there is also always a great selection of the rest dishes, that are different in every meal. In addition, in our Themed Restaurant, we offer every night fine dishes from a different cuisine. Finally we would like let you know that the sports in our Hotel are free of charge (as it is described in the brochures and the sites of all the T.O.’s that we are co operating with) and beside the table tennis, we also offer beach volleyball, beach soccer, darts, boccia, a basketball court and a mini golf ground, at no extra cost. Once again we are very sorry that your stay in our Hotel was not as enjoyable as you wanted to be.
