Aus DeutschlandDie Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen und teilweise dreckig. Die Küche fiel fast auseinander und sie war komplett leer. Keine Gläser, Teller ect. Die Couch war auch eine Zumutung auf der unsere Tochter schlafen sollte. Das Essen eine Katastrophe, kleine Auswahl, es hat nichts geschmeckt und das Highlight waren Glasscherben im Dessert.

Dear Gabi, We are sorry to hear that you was not satisfied with the standards of the hotel. Regarding to your informacion, we would like to say that we have investigated our logs and we have no record of reports in our sistem. Had we known, we would have been able to send our team to carry out an additional review, so that your stay would have been more satisfactory. Regarding the apartments, the rooms are decent and our housekeeping team is working hard to make our guests stay as comfortable as posible. About the dessert incident, it was solved by removing the whole tray and checking each cup or even a customer could had borke it himself by mistake. Regarding food, we have a daily menu, where we change part of the main courses and desserts every day, although we don't have themed menus, we do have a variety, desserts and ice creams in every food point at any time.
