Dear Sw, Thank you for your opinión ¡ We will take note in order to improve every day our services. The swimming pool areas are cleaned before 10 a.m. and after 19 p.m. at closing time. If at any time the areas are dirty, it is because some guests do not respect the rules and take food, ice-creams or other items at the sunbeds area. Our cleaning team does its best to ensure that all common areas and rooms are in a good state of cleanliness and disinfection. Thank you for choosing us and we are looking forward to seing you again and hope you will give us another opportunity to fulfill your expectations.
