Aus DeutschlandDie Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber, das Zimmer war gut und stets sauber, die Tui Reiseleitung war super. Der Busshuttle nach SaComa war super. Es war überall leider sehr laut, vor allem in den Restaurants, das Benehmen der hauptsächlich englischen Gäste und vor allem derer Kinder war sehr amstrengend. Es fand kein Tischservice statt, Getränke mussten selbst geholt werden Abendprogramm startet viel zu spät da zuvor jedem Abend Bingo gespielt wird. Kein richtiger Spielplatz bei Abendprogramm nur kostenpflichtige Unterhaltung für die Kinder. Zusammenfassend hat die gesamte Lautstärke die Erholung deutlich getrübt.

Regarding the children's entertainment during the adults entertainment time, we have implemented activities with balloons and face painting. Also i would like to point out that the castle activity, games room, trampolines, are optional. Also the childrens and teenagers can play at the sandy court or billard/ping-pong/Football special courts and tennis as well during the evening. Our entertaiment programe is incorporated in all of our hotels. It is true that our hotel is focused on providing bar service, but we have beverage points throughout the establishment for self service.
