Your valuable feedback is much appreciated and we were excited to read that you enjoyed our beachfront location and your accommodation. Regarding your remark about the kids activities, I would like to note that unfortunately due to COVID 19 we had to temporarily adjust our the program of our younger guests and strengthen the health and safety standards (eg. kids club and activities), following the guidelines of the Global & National Public Health Organizations in order to ensure health and safety of our dear guests, colleagues and associates. We frankly feel sorry for not being able this year to perform the kids’ activities and the shows Creta Palace is famous and distinguished about. As soon as we return to normality our little guests will have the chance to enjoy those activities and shows again. Johannes, we would be truly grateful to have another opportunity to welcome you back and deliver a carefree and memorable stay for you and your family.
