altes Hotel, teilrenoviert, vieles ist dringend zu reparieren. Das Essen ist nur asiatisch, zum Teil sehr scharf und jeden Tag das gleiche. keine Abwechslung.
Bäder teilw. renoviert mit guter Dusche, wir hatten Überschwemmung, WC undicht und 1 Tag nicht nutzbar. Der Zimmerservice sehr gut, zu oft Handtuchwechsel, Klimaanlage hat bei uns nicht richtig gearbeitet.
eintöniges Essen, 2 Wochen ohne Abwechslung, selbst beim Grillfest am Pool gab es auch das selbe. Essen fast ausschließlich asiatisch und teilw. sehr scharf.
Zimmerservice gut, Poolservice mit entspr. Dip auch gut, das Personal allgemein freundlich, aber nicht kompetent.
sehr schöner, langer Strand, leider mit starker Brandung, doch für lange Wanderung geeignet. Langer Transfer von Colombo (2 Std.), Die Ausflugsziele wie Nationalparks oder Kandy sind weit entfernt, mind. 3-4 Std. einfache Fahrt

We have taken your constructive criticism very positively and will take measures to enhance the same. Please note that one third of our rooms have been renovated as part of our 1st phase of the Renovation Project, and the rest will be attended within the next year. We would like to share with the information that our menus (breakfast/lunch/dinner) usually consist of international food, and we have a typical Sri Lankan food corner in keeping with our Sri Lankan heritage and culture, which is a huge spread. Additionally, we also offer different themes for the week. Some Sri Lankan dishes, as usual are spicy, with their method of preparation, but we still make the dishes mild in catering for multi-national guests. We also notify the spicy dishes with a food tag for the guests to be aware. Our weekly menus are rotational with vivid range of dishes. Please do come here again for another visit with your family and friends and we assure that you will have some more sweet memories to take home.
