Absolut das schlechteste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise. Wir hatten im Rahmen einer Rundreise am Anreise- und Abreisetag dort übernachtet. Am ersten Tag spürte man leichte Vibrationen am Boden was wir der Rezeption gemeldet haben und wir ein anderes Zimmer erhielten, war dann etwas besser. Am letzten Tag, wieder im vierten Stoc, hatten wir den gleichen Blick nach außen aber anscheinend genau über der Versorgungsanlage des Hotels. Trotz schalldichter Fenstee war ein ständiger Brummton zu hören, Schlaf war nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich. Auch über der Türe war ein Lüftungsgitter mit ununterbrochenem Geräusch. Resultat: kaum geschlafen, geht garnicht. Fön im Badezimmer gibt nach 2 Minuten seinen Geist auf, und nicht zu vergessen der transportable Tresor im Zimmer. Ein Stern ist schon zuviel. Besser vielleicht nach Zimmer in die andere Richting fragen

Your suggestion about requesting rooms facing a different direction is a valid one, and our team will be more mindful in offering alternative room locations where possible, especially for noise‑sensitive guests. While it is disappointing to know that your stay was so negatively impacted, we truly value your feedback as it helps us identify areas that require improvement.
