We are very pleased that you were satisfied with your stay, starting with the hotel and its excellent location, from which you can reach all the main tourist attractions in just a few minutes and at just 3 minutes from the bus terminal, and the friendly and helpful staff, even if everything has contributed to making you appreciate your stay. As for the lack of a lift, advertised on all booking websites, this is due to the fact that being the hotel from 1870, it is classified, and due to the many architectural constraints no authorization can be given for the installation of a lift.
