Dear Mr. Horst, Thank you for sharing your detailed review about your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our location on the edge of the historic center, the ease of access by car and the availability of parking/garages. As for parking your bikes, perhaps there has been a misunderstanding: guests who have bikes are allowed to park them in the garage, and this is done upon arrival. As for the lack of a lift, advertised on all booking websites, this is due to the fact that as the hotel dates back to 1870, it is classified, and due to the many architectural constraints no authorization can be given for the installation of a lift, and for this reason we try to help our guests with their luggage. We are happy that the breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff contributed positively to your stay.
