Dear Mr. Olaf, Thank you for the positive review about your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli. As already replied to another of your reviews, we are pleased that you found our hotel pleasant and in a good location for exploring the old city. We care a lot about the decor of the rooms and bathrooms, and it's great to know that you appreciated the details. As for the lack of a lift, advertised on all booking websites, this is due to the fact that as the hotel dates back to 1870, it is classified, and due to the many architectural constraints no authorization can be given for the installation of a lift.
