Freundlicher, professioneller Umgang schon zur Zeit der Reservierung per E-mail. Das Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert, besonders wenn man Siena oder das Umland mit dem Auto besuchen will. Es liegt perfekt direkt an der Innenstadt, hat Parkmöglichkeiten. Es ist nicht so einfach zu finden ohne in die „limitierte Traffic Zone“ der Stadt zu fahren, es wird einem aber gut per Plan vom Hotel im Vorfeld erklärt. Ausstattung ist einwandfrei im schönen ital. Stil und sauber. Belegung mit 3 Personen (Erw. + Teen) war kein Problem. Klimaanlage vorhanden und das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit im Restaurant nebenan zu Abend zu essen. Sollte wir wieder mal in das wunderschöne Siena reisen, ist das Hotel Albergo Chiusarelli die erste Adresse.
