Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar und sehr günstig gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sowohl an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, als auch im Restaurant. An der Sauberkeit und am Komfort gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Auf Hygiene in Bezug auf Corona wurde sehr geachtet. Alle trugen Masken, die Schlüssel wurden desinfiziert und das Hotel wurde ständig gelüftet. Das Gebäude ist eine sanierte Villa aus dem Jahre 1870, aber es hat wohl deshalb keinen Fahrstuhl. Das wäre aber auch unser einziger "Kritikpunkt".

We are so glad and at the same time grateful to know that you have appreciated everything on your stay, especially the beautiful hotel and its very good location, with all the main tourist attractions close at less than 10 minutes, and convenient to arrive in front of the hotel to leave the luggage before going to park. We are glad too to know that you have really appreciated how the safety and hygiene procedures for anti-Covid regulations are implemented, and for the friendly and helpful staff of the hotel and of our restaurant "Gli Orti di San Domenico". As for the absence of an elevator, as you have noticed, this is because the hotel is dated 1870, and is notified to the beautiful arts, reason why the law doesn't permit the installation of an elevator.
