Hotel Eggerhof

We came to Eggerhof for many years with our family.(for 5 or 6 years) With about 25 people (adults and children) The rooms we stayed in were clean, en although de bathroom was not very big, it was big enough. For the group we had a familyroom, were we could play games of watch tv together. The staff was very friendly en patient with the children.

The rooms (in the old part) are not very big, but they are clean, and big enough for 2 adult and 3 children (familyroom). There is a television, a sofa with a small table, a very good bed with two nighttables, for the children a bunkbed (Etagenbed) and a big closet

The breakfast was good, different kinds of bread, cheese, meat, boiled egg and sweet sandwich filling. The dinner we looked out for every day. Starting with soupe or bouillon. The maindish was meat, fish or vegetarian. The saladbar was great. The children could choose there own meal.

The staff is very (!) friendly. We mainly spoke German with the staff, although they also tried to speak our language sometimes. (Dutch) It is also possible to speak English. Every day the room was tide up and the bathroom cleaned.

For a family with young children this area is very suitable. Our children learned to ski very well at Jamnig's skiclass. On the mountain there are very different levels to ski. Some adults had lots of fun in the apresskihut on the piste. In the village there is not so much opportunity for apresskiing. In the village there is a big supermarket, the Billa.

The 'Hallenbad' was free for the guests. A very clean, warm bath, very suitable to relax after skiing.
