Hotel Extreme

This is family K.. I can´t understand the good comments. I was in many hotels around the world, but this was the worst case. Our experience was really EXTREME bad. The hotel is 4 km from the village center. That means you need minimum 20 Euro for the taxi, if you don´t want to die, from "Entertainment" in the hotel, there is nothing. Ad 20 Euro to the price to hotel. For some days we are alone (high-season!!!) in the hotel, they switched the heating down, because the it is money, to heat a big hotel for 2 persons. I spoke with the management and the offered us 20 People more next day. I was waiting for the 20 people 4 days,. but nobody was coming??? I would change the hotel, when i would know, that i m alone. The cooked for us alone, ( no buffet, like before). We cant eat the food, because insight was it frozen and out-sit was it burned. Everything is bathing in much oil. In the morning we passed the bus for 10 minutes to the lifts, the bus was going, but there was nobody other persons. We are waiting for the bus 30 minutes, nobody was talking to us. We asked, but the lady by reception didn´t answer us, she said to my supervisor, we are to late, that was it. We called a taxi. In 8 days i have never seen somebody's smiling, this is the main important thing for every hotel, they was really arrogant, we don´t feel comfortable there. They give you the feeling, you disturb them. Pleas when you need a special bad experience, us this hotel, for all others: DON`T USE THIS HOTEL EXTREME!!! A by the way, i tried to use the "sauna". Terrible. It was not to relax, the guests talk very lout. I asked 2 lazy, talking women (massagee) for towles, they didn´t understood me. The guest took their sweat to the benches and in the hot stones, it was really smelling. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man das Management feuern. Ich fühlte mich als Eindringling in diesem Hotel der jeden der Angestellten stört. Das meiner nach große Potenzial wird nicht genutzt. Ich geben dem Hotel maximal 2 Jahre, danach ist es pleite, wenn das Management die Kunden nicht als Kunden begreift: Bye bye Management.

Das Zimmer war groß und ansprechend. Der Fernseher aus dem, letzten Jahrhundert. Als wir alleine !!! im Hotel war hat man die Heizung herunter geregelt, sehr kalt.

Das Büffet war o.k., als wir allein!! im Hotel waren, mussten wir a´la carte essen, das war ungenießbar. gefrorenes Fleisch, außen verbrannt, innen Eis schwimmt in irgendwelchem Öl. Wir mussten ins Dorf 4 km) fahren, um essen zu gehen

Ich habe eine Woche lang niemanden in diesem Hotel lächeln sehen. Als wir 10 Minuten zu spät zu Servicebus zur Skistation kamen, weil wir vorher immer viel zu frühen waren, hat man uns 30 Minuten und der Kälte warten lassen. Auf unsere Frage, wo der Bus bleibe, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Es waren aber keine anderen Gäste da, die gefahren werden mussten. Es war der Versuch einer Erziehungsmaßnahme, wer dort das Sagen hat.

Die Sauna war schrecklich, zwei Servicekräfte für die Massage sitzen herum und unterhalten sich und ignorieren die Gäste. Auf meine Frage nach einem Handtuch bekomme ich keine Antwort. Die Gäste sitzen nur in Badehose auf den Bänken und der Schweiß ist im Holz. Einige Gäste werfen ihren Schweiß auf die heißen Steine, das stinkt erbärmlich. Ansonsten gibt es absolut keine Unterhaltung in dem Hotel, so dass man für 20 Euro ins Dorf fahren muss.
