Hotel Mathios Village

Thank you for your time to add a letter for our hotel , First and very important that you forget to mention , that your booking it was basic room , we chose you & upgrade you , for superior room ,and that cost 220 euros extra and we are waiting for a thank you it was like a gift to you . I think because I travel round the world often you don’t get those gifts often from Hotels . Now for the standards that you mention I can’t understand what is Greek and Italian and Spanish standards I know every hotel has category and sometimes any hotelier can be better than he’s category . On arrival you had breakfast and yes we charge 10 euros per person , you charge it in your room , and on departure day you wanted free , imagine that one coffee in Santorini starts from 3,00 euros and goes .. and you can drink how many you want ,and you can eat all the buffet , If you want, we have 4 type meat 4 type cheese , yogurt , cakes , cookies ,eggs , juices, cornflakes , and tomatoes and olives and so many possibility’s . I also remind you in on your departure day because you were leaving early we had a breakfast package for you , but you wanted the first day breakfast free als,o and because I didn’t agree you give is a lower number in holiday check . That means give me free , and you are best hotel ,I really don’t agree about that , respect please any hotelier or any one . In our reception and in your room we have all our info for our guest , check in times check out times , you didn’t check it so well , that I understand after reading your letter . Our televisions most Flat TVs 32 has satellite programs from all over English , German , Italian , green , music and French also , some time easy you can take programs out of the memory , we are in reception just tell us and we can fix it for you . I think after all , good energy is needed and with smile you can have a great holiday all over not only in Greece you can have a nice day also in your town with your standards , In Mathios we are really proud that we had German guest + 120% in 2014 more from the last year , and 15% they were recommended and repeat guest , why ? because they like mamas moussaka with our fresh meet , with our light cooking, with our fresh vegetables, and our Mathios Standards all what we do we are not the best hotel and I will never say that . I wish to all a nice winter we are open until 10/11/15 one month more from last year we have longer season , and we try so hard for our self’s and for our guest Kostas and the family Mathios
