Gutes Hotel in schlechter Nachbarschaft

Es war nachts sehr laut, weil das benachbarte Hotel uns bis nach 23 Uhr draußen beschallt hat. Ballermann-Feeling. Das Hotel selbst hat recht früh Ruhe einkehren lassen. Es waren mehrere Gäste krank wegen des Essens, das aber grundsätzlich gut geschmeckt hat. Wir selbst hatten einen Tag lang Brechdurchfall. Das Hamam und die Massage waren super. Der Transfer zum Hotel war unterirdisch. Mitten in der Nacht wurde nach einer halben Stunde ein Stopp eingelegt, um uns zum Kauf von irgendwelchem Tourikram zu animieren und gefahren wurde, dass wir um unser Leben fürchteten. Dafür wurde danach lautstark Bakschisch eingefordert. Die Rückfahrt wiederum war vorbildlich.

Dear guest. It has been determined that the trouble we experienced in the last 2 weeks of May is definitely not related to Food & Beverage. During this period, frequent analyzes were taken in all units of the facility and all the results were clean. With the continuation of these problems, as a result of the researches, analyzes and controls carried out by the local health and environmental authorities as Ministry of Health that we invited, it has been determined that the pollution in the Alara River, which has a high flow rate in our region, is due to the pollution on the coastlıne caused by excessive rains outside the seasonal norms. In addition, during these inspections, it was determined that some of the facilities near us caused this pollution. It has been observed that the public authority keeps a record and imposes fines on businesses that harm nature and the environment. During this time, we tried to protect our guests and employees as much as possıble. The measures we took were aimed at preventing transmission of infection, as were the measures during the Covid period. In particular, guests and employees are provided with visual warnings about personal hygiene rules. Efforts were made to prevent the spread of the problem with the hygiene corners we placed in the facility. Despite this, we have had guests who suffered. We would also like to express that we are very sad for these guests on behalf of our business and our region. We would lıke to inform that the issue has been brought under control in our entire region in recent days, and the analyzes we and local governments have taken are still sensitive. We would like you to know that we can share these analyzes with you if requested. We sincerely want to convey that you can have a safe holiday in our facility, as it has been for 27 years.
