In Serita Beach Hotel in beiden gebuchten Räumen waren Kakerlaken. Die Badezimmer waren nicht gut gepflegt. Die Gäste im Hotel trugen keine Masken, und das Personal unternahm nichts.

Dear Monica, We are sorry for the issue with the cockroaches, we are sure it was an isolated case, as we proceed to disinfection on a regular basis. Some of the bathrooms may be bit outdated but it is in our plans to make some improvements. As for the masks, we strictly follow the protocols and signs were placed throughout the hotel.
