Dear Fljurim, We would like to thank you for your feedback on your last year's stay. Due to COVID-19, there have been certain limitations placed on our business in terms of service, cleaning and other aspects. Last year, according to the protocols we applied and followed, we had to limit the cleaning procedures and reduce the number of sunbeds so as to maintain safe distances between the guests. As for the beach, we are not allowed by the authorities to intervene and make improvements on the infrastructure. For this season, we are excited to inform you that in a few days our hotel will operate again and despite the fact that there are still some limitations due to covid-19, we are here to offer you high standards of hospitality.
