Dear Sabine, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry for the condition of your first room. We are sure it was an isolated case. Once the guests inform us about such incidents we always change the guest’s room if the availability permits. This year we had some limitations on our food options, because of the covid restrictions. Similar limitations forced us to change our usual animation program. The staff is usually smiling and friendly, unfortunately this year the smiles are hidden behind the face masks. Covid-19 had a strong impact on the hotel industry, we hope that next year restrictions will not be in place. Kind regards, The Hotel Management
