Wir haben im Oktober 2008 im Stimbeckhof unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und erinnern uns immer noch gern an diesen wundervollen Tag. Bemerkenswert war für uns, dass in der Heide, neben meist gut bürgerlichen Essen, das Menü von internationalem Standard ,mit ausgesuchten Spezialitäten und Raffinessen war und trotzdem mehr als reichhaltig. Durch das Ambiente und die tollen Überraschungen(Beglückwünschung durch eine Heidschnuckenherde) durch Seiten des Hauses, haben das Fest für uns unvergesslich gemacht. Auch waren wir von den liebevoll und sehr charmant eingerichteten Zimmern für unsere Gäste sehr angetan. Wir können den Stimbekhof nur weiterentfehlen, auch für nur ein gemütliches Wochenende zu zweit.

Welcome to the new STIMBEKHOF! Dear prospective customers, dear past and dear future guests! Since March 2014 we have lovingly rebuilt, beautified and renewed the STIMBEKHOF as new owner. The previous apartments and horse boxes no longer exist. For this we have created a seminar and event hotel with stylish, completely newly renovated rooms from the former equestrian pension. With 32 rooms and four guest and event rooms, we offer extensive possibilities for your events or your private vacation. Two beautiful terraces and a newly landscaped courtyard complete the ensemble. From May to October we offer our guests an excellent menu, and the Stimbekhof is certainly one of the most beautiful locations in the heath for private celebrations: weddings, birthdays, christenings, confirmations and much more ... Also for all enthusiastic heath tourists or hikers open up by our direct location to the most beautiful routes through the beautiful Lüneburg Heath various possibilities for a relaxing stay. Please note that our opening hours are based on our events and events. We therefore recommend a telephone reservation in advance of your visit. For more than 10 years we have been active in the Heideregion with growing success. We also own the seminar and event center Gut Thansen (in 21388 Soderstorf near Amelinghausen).
