We are pleased to hear that you found your stay pleasant and that you appreciated our adults-only atmosphere, restaurant, beach access, rooms, sun loungers, and balcony. However, we are sorry to learn that you experienced issues with the all-inclusive drinks. This is not reflective of our usual standards, as the huge majority of our guests is very happy with our offerings, as we provide the highest value in terms of all-inclusive from other competing hotels. We are also sorry to hear that our German-language service did not meet your expectations.
