Service war sehr unfreundlich Das Essen wurde am Ersten Tag einfach „hingeschmissen“ Nach den Motto friss oder stirb Man hat sich als störendes Objekt gefühlt
Weit ab vom Gardsee. Die HAuptstraSse war auch nachts zu hören. Fenster musste nachts geschlossen werden.

Dear Marita, we are a bit astonished to read such a review...we are receving every day great reviews from our clients: they are all happy, coming back each year, making compliments for our kind staff which works with us hardly and with passion for many years. The chef Lidia is also with us for more than 10 years and she gets top reviews for all the high quality homemade dishes she prepares freshly daily. Our hotel is just 200 mt from the lake, in a very quit location, was completely renewed and refurbished two years ago, very modern and clean (this what all other clients appreciate and write). We got the HOLIDAYCHECK AWARD 2017 AND 2018 for the high standard our our hotel.I wonder why you write the contrary. When you and your son arrived at the hotel you were in a very bad mood, you had a very rude and strange behavior with all the staff... Maybe you have personal problems but this is something you should't involve other people... Maybe see you soon again in Torbole. We would be very happy to welcome you in our friendly hotel.
