Für Aktivurlaub nicht geeignet. Essen überschaubar, nicht besonders hervorzuheben, man kann sattwerden ... Servicegedanke lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Informationen für das Leben im Hotel werden über den Fernseher eingespeist, was in meinem Fall aber erst 4 Tage vor meiner Abreise erfolgte (innerhalb eines 3-wöchigen Urlaubs).
Spartanische Ausstattung, Fön vorhanden nur schlecht nutzbar schon gar nicht im Bad wegen der Steckdosen, nur im Zimmer in Höhe der Fußleisten. Da hat man dann im Zimmer eine zusätzliche Sporteinheit. Zimmersafe vorhanden. Betten sind nicht zu bemängeln. Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer: 1 Stuhl, kein Tisch; lediglich ein kleines Glastischchen auf dem sehr schmalen Balkon mit 2 weiteren Stühlen. Keine Haken oder Stangen im Bad für feuchte Handtücher.
Überschaubar - nichts besonderes
Zunächst mal geht man beim Personal davon aus, dass der Fehler beim Gast liegt. Keine Entschuldigung dafür, dass die Klimaanlage ausläuft und extrem viele Sachen völlig durchnässt sind. Keinerlei Hilfsangebote zur Behebung des Schadens. Ansonsten waren die meisten Servicekräfte sehr freundlich.
Fahrt vom Flughafen ca. 45 min; Ausflugziele überschaubar; Umgebung völlig vermüllt, was man aber auch auf der Fahrt vom Flughafen bereits überall sehen kann

Dear Madam, Good morning. Trust you arrived safe home and your had an enjoyable flight. we regret that our property was not at your expectation. Such, could have been inform and we try find a solution for you in order not to spoil your holiday. When we checked on our camera recorder, we are please to noticed that you enjoyed quite a lot of our buffets both morning and evening. We can see that every morning you enjoyed the varieties of foods available from our buffets and some which you prepared separately like e.g sandwiches, yogurts, fruits etc which you kept in your plastic bag that you brought in your room for your lunch. It is funny to down grade our property at that point. If you think that it is a lie, we can send you the video for the sake of your memories but rest assure we will not publish it on Youtube. Unfortunately, a leakage happened from your air condition and the matter was repaired in the next morning since this arise during the night. Our staffs came to your room and witness that only your shawl was wet. You mentioned that our staffs are friendly and now you said we never excused ourselves for what happened. How may this come.....? We could have done everything to please but if you are not happy of the our island what else could we do. Keep well. Kind regards, Management & Staffs
