Dear guest, I appologize on behalf of the staff at IBEROSTAR Playa Alameda for the inconveniences you may have suffered during your stay. However there are aspects mentioned I feel do not represent the reality of our hotel. Staff is not only motivated by highly recognized by the majority of our guests as being the best in Varadero. They are always attentive and willing to serve you with a smile. As for the sunbeds at the pool, I can assure you these are constantly being cleaned by the pool clerk from 7am until 7pm. Regarding the constructions held duriong your stay, unfortunatly, except for the buffet which was informed in advance, the rest were unforseen situation that may occure due to major weather conditions that afected our facilities. Finally, I cant help but notice that most europeans see as a inconvenience not to have a toilet brush in the room. Allow me to explain, that the rooms, bathroom and toilet included are cleaned daily by our houskeeping department. We do not put, as standard in our rooms, toilet brush as they are a focus for bacteria and in many cases unhyginic. Never the less we do provide them for guest who ask for this item at the reception.
