Dear Mr. Meier, We take all feedback very seriously and I sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations in the first room that you were accommodated in. However, I strongly believe that the staff and the new room that you are currently allocated in has improved your experience with us. I am surprised to see that you have commented on our food with only one star since in most of our reviews the guest’s comments give us about 5 stars for both quality and choice. However, I have shared your comments with our chef to check what improvements can be made. I am sorry to hear that you find that the location of the hotel is only 2 stars since we take extra caution when advertising on line to specify that the hotel is built on a steep hill, not suitable for people with mobility issues and with a public rocky beach nearby. We are very careful with all the photos that we use on our official website to be genuine and true, so when someone visits our official site he will be able to see all types of rooms and the equivalent picture. Unfortunately with the internet being as it is, we can only control the pictures on our official website. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience and all your comments have been taken into consideration. Hopefully since you are still staying in the hotel until the 06/10/2019, you will be able to see our efforts in adapting to your comments.
