Dear Mr. Meier, First, I want to thank you once again for your feedback, since you went into the trouble of writing a second review of the hotel though still not satisfied with our efforts. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. However I must say that between your first review which was posted on the 30/09 and your last review on the 10/10/2019, three other guests who stayed at the hotel at the similar period as you, have given us excellent reviews on all categories, quite hotel, clean swimming pool, good choice of food, nice clean rooms. You also mention the beach which the hotel advises its guests to use, however it is not the hotel’s beach. It is a public beach, which the municipality of Agios Nikolaos has allowed us to put some umbrellas and sunbeds for our guests to use. I’m sorry to hear about the path that leads to the beach, we have contacted the municipality and hopefully they will see to it as soon as possible, since the safety of our guests is a priority. Please rest assured that we’re taking steps to ensure we maintain higher standards of customer service in the future.
