Das Hotel hat eine große Anlage und auch eine schöne . Es waren saubere Zimmer viele verschiedene Restaurants, aber sehr oft schon ausgebucht. Das schlimmste war für mich und das ist auch wichtig für mich das internet, ich bin in mein zimmer und mein findet nicht mal das jaz aquamarine internet das ist verrückt.
Ich bin ruhig geschlafen und wir haben den putzmann Trinkgeld gegeben und er hat uns ein elefant gemacht u.s.w. Die Klimaanlage hat ab und zu nicht richtig funktioniert
Das Essen war so lecker und das Buffet ist so groß ,aber von meiner Familie hatte jemand Durchfall. Es gab immer pancakes ,crossaint und Müsli und wir konnten immer gemütlich essen
Der Service war freundlich und nett manchmal beim Pool wenn du etwas zum trinken bestelltst dauert das 1 stunde . Bei Wünsch gehen sie ganz schlecht um z.b. du willst ein Getränk mit zweifach Alkohol aber bringst dir mit einfach Alkohl.Wenn Beschwerde kommt dann beruhigen sie dich undreden mit dir
Es waren 15 min vom Flughafen zum jaz aquamarine, aber wenn du ein Ausflug mit einem Boot machen wolltest dann musst du schon 45min fahren mit dem taxi.

This means it is suitable for activities such as checking social media and browsing, but not ideal for large downloads. If you experienced connectivity issues in your room, we would have been happy to assist had you brought it to our attention during your stay. Our IT technicians are always available to address and resolve any technical problems promptly. Moreover, if you experienced any issue with the Air Conditioning, please note that our Engineer department is available 24/7 upon your valued request to fix any issue arising in the room. We do apologize for any inconvenience and we forwarded your comment to the relevant department for an action to be taken.
