Das Hotel ist schön, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und es gibt eine tolle Poollandschaft. Der Strand ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Ägypten eher nicht so schön und zum schnorcheln nicht geeignet
Zimmer war in gutem Zustand und immer sauber
Das Essen im Hotel gehört für uns leider zu den eher schlechteren in Ägypten. Wir waren mit 2 Familien und einigen Freunden dort. Das Restaurant ist riesig und vermittelt eher den Flair einer Kantine. Die a la Carte Restaurants waren sehr gut
Das Hotel hat eine weitläufige Anlage die schön zum spazieren mit Kindern genutzt werden kann

We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately, this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty, but a minimal amount is given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although we do have a small in house reef nearby. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our food offerings. As we cater to over 25 nationalities, we understand that individual tastes and preferences can vary. While we recognize that food is highly subjective, our chefs are always available to accommodate specific preferences and requests if communicated.
