Das Hotel hat mittlerweile schon einige bauliche Mängel (Stolperfallen bei defekten Bodenplatten im Plattenbelag, Defekte Liegestühle, Zimmer ist etwas herabgekommen, Badezimmer ist Schmudelig und hat keinen Dampfabzug daher bleibt die Feuchtigkeit enthalten und es riecht extrem schlecht). Keine Aufzüge zu den Zimmer daher mit Kinderwagen doof. Silikonfugen von Poolplatten und Anschluss an Becken ist schlecht verbaut...(man sieht Nägel usw).

With regards to your comments about our rooms and facilities, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms and the facilities keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2011. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel.
