Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und wird stets gepflegt. Zimmer sind ebenfalls sauber und der Zimmerservice exzellent. Frühstück war immer ganz gut, jedoch war das Mittags-und Abendessen hingegen sehr monoton und nur fettig. Außerdem fehlt es ganz stark an Obst und Gemüse. Es gab leider nur Äpfel, Bananen und Orangen/Mandarinen. A la Carte war hingegen schon besser und verdient 5 Sterne. Der Service ist auch ausbaufähig, funktioniert nur leider mit Trinkgeld. Am Pool wird man kaum nach Drinks angesprochen, das kenne ich anders. Die Promoter hingegen sind sehr fleißig, jedoch leicht penetrant. Ansonsten kann ich es nur empfehlen, wenn der Preis fuer eine Woche maximal 550€ beträgt.

We would like to thank you very much for your great comments about our always clean and well-maintained facility, the clean rooms and the good room service and the a la carte restaurants. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. Regarding your comment about the service, kindly note that, as it is well documented on all online platforms, every travel agencies’ brochures and on the information sheet that the guests are receiving upon check in, that the main restaurants, the pool bars and beach bar, all are self-service although our waiters are more than happy to provide drinks for our guests, time permitting. However, their top priority is to clear and reset the tables. Furthermore, we would like to note that most of our guests regularly praise our service as very good and special. This also means that our guests deserve nothing less than a friendly and positive attitude at all times and under all circumstances, not just with tips. This is the bare minimum we can expect from our employees and is a core part of the training our employees receive. You can be sure that we will continue to pay attention to this.
