Aus DeutschlandIch war enttäuscht von sehr viele Sachen: 1. Der Tui Mitarbeiter am Ziel Flughafen wollte uns der Visum überteuert verkaufen anstatt 25$ er wollte 40€ haben. 2. Transfer war sehr schlecht da wir beim 3 Hotel angehalten bevor unsere Hotel. 3. am Hotel das Essen war schlecht, alte und nicht vielfältig. 4. es gab 4 Restaurants allerdings die sind extra nicht in All inclusive drin. 5. Tui Mitarbeiter vor ort war nicht hilfreich und könnte uns bezüglich das essen und hilfen auch am Hotel der mini bar war zu überteuert eien keckes kostet 3€ und capri sohn 4€. 5. Rücktransport war katastrophal keine Guide auch 4 Hotels bevor Flughafen und niemand hat uns Info gegeben bsp welche Terminal und so weiter und sofort. Kids club war nur zu kurz 15 min und nicht täglich und meistens in die Aquamarin nicht Bluemarine. Betreuung Anmeldung war sehr kompliziert und das ob der bzw. Die Betreuer/in zu finden erst sie waren immer nicht vor ort und kaum deutsch gesprochen. Insgesamt wir sind nicht zufrieden für 4800€ hätten wir wo anders besser Leistung bekommen.

With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. The number of a la carte restaurant visits without charge, in fact depend on the contract with the travel agency and amount of visits do differ, for some there none included for others just 1 visit. Kindly be informed that with hotel Bluemarine none of the agency has contract with a la carte visits included. Therefore, the 1 free visit, that you have been entitled to was coming from the hotel as courtesy. With regards to your comment about events at the airport, with the transport and the Kids club, we kindly ask you to contact TUI, your travel agency.
