Schlechter Service und unhöfliche Kellner, keine Kinderanimation

Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr schlechter Service, unhöfliche Kellner und keine Bedienung auf den Terrassen in den Restaurants und Bars. Die Kinderanimation fand so gut wie gar nicht statt. Für Maxis wird nichts angeboten. Bilder malen in einem klimatisierten Raum ist für mich keine Kinderanimation. Sehr schlecht!!!

Die Elektronik der Zimmertüre war defekt, so dass die Karten so gut wie nie funktionierten. Das Problem wurde auch auf mehrmaliges Bitten nicht behoben. Der WLan Router hing zwar an der Wand, war aber nich angeschlossen. Null WLan auf dem Zimmer.

Sehr schlechter Service in den Restaurants und Bars. Man wurde maximal einmal bedient; ansonsten haben die Kellner an einem vorbei geschaut. Keine schöne Atmosphäre in den Restaurants.

Der Poolbereich war oft sehr dreckig. Die Getränkeredte werden auf den Rasen geschüttet. Die Zitronen und Orangen bleiben auf der Wiese und dem Boden liegen.

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. Kindly be informed, as stated on our website, on all online platforms, in every traveler’s brochure and check-in information envelope, that the main restaurants and pool bars are self-service although our waiters are more than happy to provide drinks for you, time permitting. However, in the main restaurants their first priority is to clear and reset the tables. We are very surprised about your comments about our staff, as we continuously receive praise and excellent scores regarding the staff, with very good comments about their friendliness and professionalism. This is something that is the core of our hotel operation and that we continuously work on improving by training in daily operations. In fact, most of our guests regularly praise our service as very good and special. This also means that our guests always deserve nothing less than a friendly and positive attitude, and under all circumstances, not just tipping. This is the bare minimum we can expect from our employees and is a core part of the training our employees receive. You can be sure that we will continue to pay attention to it; we have forwarded your comments to the relevant department for their perusal and action where deem needed. We are wondering how you could state that there is no animation for children, we do have kids club that provides daily activities for kids from 4 to 12 years old, kids disco every night with evening program with games and twice a week the kids party with animation, masks, popcorns, cotton candy, clown show, … . We are sorry that you experienced an issue with the room, however we would like to highlight that we do have an engineer department available 24/7 upon guests requests to fix any issues arising in the room. We did not find any record in our system about request from your room, we are therefore wondering who you talked to about your issue. With regards to the internet in the room, if you had brought this to our attention, we would have been happy to send one of our IT technicians to the room to fix the problem.
