Aus DeutschlandTop Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen. Essen war gut. Zimmer mit kleinen Mängel aber voll in Ordnung. Poollandschaft war super. WLAN scheiße und TV nur mit 4 deutschen Sendern. Kein direkter Meerzugang muss über Nachbarhotel erfolgen. Minibar nicht inclusive.

We would also like to thank you for your positive comments about our hotel, food, and facilities. With regards to your comments about the wifi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the wifi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading. About the wifi in the room, if you had brought this to our attention we would have been happy to send one of our IT technicians to the room to fix the issue. Regarding the beach, the information about the location of the hotel is advertised and well documented, and from the Bluemarine reception to the beach, the distance is 600 meters. With regards to your comments about the minibar being with extra charge, we would like to highlight that it is described as extra charge service in all agencies brochures and well documented on travelers’ forums and in our all-inclusive formula.
