Diese Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. In 6 Tagen bekam ich 10 neue Kartenschlüssel. Es war immer ein Glücksspiel, die Tür aufzubekommen. Es wurde nichts repariert. Nachts war die Luftabsauganlage im Bad so laut, das man vor Vibration nicht schlafen konnte. Das Essen war sehr einfallslos, und keineswegs 5 Sterne Qualität. Das Wasser der Poolanlagen war sehr sehr kalt. Der Shuttleservice der sehr großen Anlage tagsüber funktionierte gut, aber abends lässt man uns trotz Absprache 1 Stunde mit 2 Kleinkindern warten. Die Gläser im Zimmer wurden nicht ausgewechselt, abgeblich Order von oben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht es den Gästen recht zu machen. Ich persönlich würde nicht mehr in dieser Anlage meinen Urlaub verbringen wollen.

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience with your room, however, we would like to note that our Engineering team and House Keeping team is in operation 24/7 on the resort’s premises, and available to investigate, check and fix the arising issues, if reported. Furthermore, we could have offered you a room change, upon hotel availability, if you had notified us about any trouble inside your room. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. Regarding your comment about the pools being cold, kindly be informed that the heating season of the pools start on November the 1st, as stated on all online platforms and well documented in all travelers brochures.
