The genuine warmth and personality of the local staff is wonderful and ensures guests have a truly Balinese experience whist in the resort. We are sorry that you did not agree that the location we have on Jimbaran Bay is stunning. Regret that you might not have enjoyed the weekly entertainment we have at the restaurants as well. As for sports, we understand that we only have watersports activities and bicycles free for our guests. We hope you bring home beautiful memories of Bali!
