Regarding your observation about the room, please allow me to inform you that our resort is under regular improvement and every year we implement partial renovations and upgrades. In fact, one of the latest adjustments was the modification of our sofas in order to enhance their comfort and functionality, with improved padding and a refreshed design to better align with the overall room aesthetics. As for your remark about the language, we are continuously working to strengthen the communication abilities of our staff in multiple languages, including German, to better accommodate our international guests. Last but not least, we are glad that you appreciated the cleanliness of our beach and the clarity of the water. Your suggestion about using bathing shoes is valid and helpful for future guests.
