Hotel nicht empfehlenswert, viele positive Bewertungen scheinen unecht.

Allgemein

Niemals 5 Sterne wert!

Dear Gisela, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to share your holiday experience. Let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms’ isolation, I would like to point out that all of our guestrooms are fully isolated and if there was a problem with the neighbor rooms we would have been more than happy to solve it while you were in house. As for our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. In addition, our food is being prepared by executive Chefs who strive to achieve the best service and give our guests an unforgettable tasting experience. Providing the best quality, taste and satisfying the preferences of our guests is of high importance to us. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. Furthermore, opinions are inherently subjective, meaning they vary from person to person based on their point of view. Every guest brings their own perspective, shaped by their personal mentality and expectations. Therefore, what one person may perceive as positive, another might view differently. If a guest is not satisfied in any aspect, we are available and ready to discuss and give solutions as exceeding our guests’ expectations is one of our primal goals. I am sorry to read that this was not the case in your situation. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Kind Regards, Despina Kaliva Guest Relations Manager
