Dear Barbara, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to share a review regarding your stay. We are very glad that you enjoyed your vacation among us. Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. How lovely that you enjoyed our food and gardens. At this point, I would like to highlight that we appreciate both positive and negative comments as through your feedback we can see our operation from your side and thus become better. When it comes to our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and we are trying to achieve the best result step by step. Every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. Also, we guarantee that if you had informed us of your issues with the room we would have been more than glad to find a solution. Additionally, concerning our location, it is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kryopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. Although, we will definitely take your remarks into serious consideration as through your comments we can ameliorate ourselves.
