tolle Anlage an schönem Ort, sehr freundliches Team, hat noch etwas Luft nach oben bei den Zimmern und beim Freizeitangebot
Im Haupthaus hellhörig und in die Jahre gekommen (Bad/Dusche) Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Treppenhaus und Ggb Fahrstuhl. Dieses durften wir direkt tauschen. Der Manager und das Team der Rezeption waren super freundlich bei diesem Anliegen und auch anderen allgemeinen Rückfragen. Reinigung hat soweit alles super geklappt.
Grundsätzlich große Auswahl. Uns hat vor allem frisches Gemüse gefehlt, dass nicht völlig weich war. Meist gab es eine Sorte. Auch über mehr landestypisches Essen wie griechischer Joghurt und mehr Seafood hätten wir uns gefreut. Lautstärke sehr hoch innen, wir haben immer nur draußen gegessen. Was uns gestört hat: Die hohen Getränkepreise (Cola 4,50) und die Preise beim Eis (1 Kugel 4€) Man könnte das anpassen und sicher mehr Umsatz machen. Auch könnte man z.B. am Strand eine Happy Hour anbieten.
Alle sehr bemüht Guest Relation Ship Managerin Despina und ihr Team waren super freundlich und bemüht. Das Gastro Team soweit auch, wahrscheinlich ein paar Köpfe zu wenig. Z.B. Wasser bestellt aber keine Gläser dazu bekommen. Auch Service am Strand sehr freundlich.

Animationsteam bestand aus 2 Personen? Hier dachten wir, dass etwas mehr los ist bzw. etwas professioneller. Es gab zwar Angebote aber die waren irgendwie über den Tag verteiltes z B Yoga mittags neben dem Kinderpool. Wir hätten uns hier z.B. etwas am Morgen oder Abend gewünscht. Oder z.B. eine Uhrzeit an der immer Beach Volleyball oder Fußball angeboten wird. So etwas gab es gar nicht. Nur tägliche Aquagymnastik, die aber immer zur gleichen Musik eher ein Aquatanz war. Von unserem Spa Behandlungen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

When it comes to our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and we are trying to achieve the best result step by step. Every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. Also, we guarantee that if you had informed us of your issues, we would have been more than glad to find a solution. Moreover, regarding our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Asian night, fish night). In addition, we have fresh seasonal vegetables in our buffet and if we were informed we would have gladly prepared something for you. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that our prices are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Halkidiki. If one takes in to account : • The environment of the resort • The star category of our company • The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and • The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. Additionally, our animation team is well organized and specialized with multiple activities during the whole day and the evening such as yoga, pilates, karaoke and movie nights, bingo and cocktail games and many more both for adults and children. However, it is with great joy to understand that in the end you are satisfied with your stay and we were extremely happy to host you. We will definitely take your remarks into serious consideration as through your comments we can ameliorate ourselves.
